Your back takes the morning. Your wrists take the rest of it.
If you work at a desk, two things ache by the end of the day and they are not the same two things. The lower back goes from sitting. The wrists and the base of the thumb go from typing and from a mouse you have held for nine hours. One device does not solve both, because they are not the same shape.
A belt is fifty inches long. You cannot wrap it around a wrist, and if you could you would not be able to type. The wrist wrap is cordless on purpose: you put it on and carry on with your hands free, which is the only version of this anyone actually keeps doing.
Red light is a habit, not an event. A few sessions will not do much, and we would rather say that now than have you find out in week three. Both sessions are short on purpose, because short is the only thing anybody keeps up.
Sixty days, money back. Use both for sixty days. If nothing has changed, send them back. The only risk is doing nothing.
Not for use by children or during pregnancy. Avoid if you have epilepsy or light sensitivity, or on skin with an open wound. If you are unsure, check with your doctor.
