Shipping policy

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on every order, to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Our warehouse ships Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If we are unusually busy, processing can take up to 3 to 5 business days.

Delivery

Please allow up to 12 days for delivery. That is a deliberately cautious window and most orders arrive well before it.

Your order may arrive in more than one parcel

If you ordered the ThermaLight360 belt together with the Skin Tightening Cream, they ship separately and usually arrive a few days apart. The cream often arrives first. You will receive a separate tracking number for each parcel, so if only one has turned up, nothing is missing and nothing has gone wrong.

Tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking number shortly after your order ships. That email often lands in the spam or promotions folder, so please check there first. If your tracking has not moved for more than 10 business days, contact us and we will chase it.

Address changes

Our warehouse moves quickly. If you spot a mistake in your address, email us straight away with your name and order number and we will try to catch the parcel before it leaves. We cannot guarantee it once it has departed, but we will do everything we can.

Lost or stolen packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has confirmed delivery. We can only process a refund or replacement if Extended Warranty or Package Protection was purchased at checkout. If it was not, we recommend filing a report with your local postal service and checking with household members and neighbours.

International orders

Customs duties and import taxes, where they apply, are set by your own country and are not included in the price you paid.
