    30-Day Money Back Guarantee

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as it was received, and in its original packaging.  

    Free Returns

    We offer free returns for customers in the United States, Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    Contact our customer support team at support@homereachlifestyle.com, phone: + 1 (800) 579-8611, or at our helpdesk with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Our team will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and instructions on how to proceed with the return process.

    Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

    Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the package and ship the item to the return address provided by our customer support team.

    We do accept returns concerning the following conditions:

    • The item must have been sold on our online store.
    • The item shouldn't have been used in any way, with tags, and in its original packaging.
    • The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery.
    • The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request.
    • You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.    

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.  

    Exceptions- Non-Returnable Goods

    Certain items are not eligible for returns due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons. Non-returnable goods include, but are not limited to:

    • Gift cards
    • Personalized or custom-made items
    • Health and beauty products, including cosmetics, skincare items, and personal care products.
    • Clearance or sale items
    • Perishable goods or items with a limited shelf life
