To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
Returned merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags. Please securely pack the item(s) to be returned in the original shipping box, or a sturdy alternative, and include the RA number on the outside of the box.
Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
