    What’s Covered?

    If your product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will provide a one-time replacement unit for free. Additionally, we will always cover replacement parts should they become necessary.

    Important Warranty Terms:

    • Each Lifetime Warranty covers only one belt.
    • If you purchased more than one belt, a separate warranty must be purchased for each unit to receive full coverage.
    • If multiple belts were ordered and only one warranty was purchased, the coverage will apply to the lowest-priced belt in the order.
    • In such cases, store credit or a replacement will be issued only for that specific item.

    Exclusions:

    • Damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or improper storage
    • Units subjected to unauthorized repairs or modifications
    • Damage exceeding the original cost of the product
    • Failure to provide proof of purchase from an authorized retailer

    How to Claim Your Warranty

    If you believe your product qualifies for a replacement under our Lifetime Warranty, follow these steps:

    2. Attach clear photos or videos showcasing the defect.
    3. Once approved, we will provide a replacement unit or the necessary parts at no cost to you.
