    What’s Covered?

    For 12 months from the date of delivery, we’ll provide free replacement parts for any issues related to:

    • Power cables
    • Remote control units
    • USB charging components (if applicable)

    Please note: This warranty does not cover a replacement for the main belt unit itself.

    Exclusions:

    • Damage caused by accident, misuse, or improper storage
    • Modifications or unauthorized repairs
    • Wear and tear from normal use
    • Lack of proof of purchase from an authorized retailer

    How to Claim Your Warranty

    If you're experiencing an issue with a covered component, just follow these steps:

    1. Email us at support@homereachlifestyle.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.
    2. Include a clear photo or video showing the defective part.
    3. Once approved, we’ll ship out a replacement part at no cost to you.
