    • Items must be in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation

    Return Fees

    • Unopened items: Full refund, customer pays return shipping
    • Opened/used items: Full refund minus 15% restocking fee, customer pays return shipping
    • Defective/damaged items: Full refund, we cover return shipping

    How to Initiate a Return

    2. Receive return authorization and choose your return shipping option:
      • Arrange your own return shipping with tracking
      • Request a prepaid return label (cost will be deducted from your refund)
    3. Package items securely in original packaging
    4. Ship with tracking (insurance recommended for high-value items)

    Return Shipping Labels

    Domestic Returns (US)

    • Option 1: Arrange your own return shipping with any carrier (customer pays)
    • Option 2: Request a prepaid return label from us
      • We'll email you a prepaid USPS/UPS label
      • Return shipping cost ($8-15) will be deducted from your refund
      • More convenient but slightly more expensive than arranging your own

    International Returns

    • Customer arranges return shipping - we cannot provide international return labels
    • Use a trackable service (recommended carriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS)
    • Keep your tracking receipt for reference

    Important Label Guidelines

    • DO NOT return items to the address on product packaging
    • ONLY use the return address provided by our customer service team
    • Include the return authorization number on your package
    • Packages sent without authorization may be refused or delayed

    International Returns (Canada, UK, Australia)

    • Same 45-day return window applies
    • Customer responsible for return shipping costs ($30-60 USD typical)
    • 15% restocking fee for opened/used items only
    • No restocking fee for unopened items in original packaging
    • Original customs duties/taxes non-refundable
    • We cover return shipping for confirmed defective products

    Non-Returnable Items

    Refund Processing

    Lost or Stolen Packages

    HomeReachLifestyle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. We recommend:

    • Filing a report with your local postal service
    • Checking with household members or neighbors
    • Consider purchasing Extended Warranty or Package Protection at checkout for coverage
