  • Opened/used items: Full refund minus 15% restocking fee, customer pays return shipping

Important Return Guidelines

  • DO NOT return items to the address on product packaging
  • ONLY use the return address provided by our customer service team
  • Include the return authorization number on your package
  • Packages sent without authorization may be refused or delayed

International Returns (Canada, UK, Australia)

  • Same 60-day return window applies
  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs
  • 15% restocking fee for opened/used items only
  • No restocking fee for unopened items in original packaging
